3.What payment methods do you accept?

T/T 30% as deposit, 70%balance payment against copy of 100% L/C at sight.

4.How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders typically ship within 2 -3 WKS of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peaks seasons(Thanksgiving through end of January or other season sales) ,Please allow 3WKS+ for your order to be processed. Upon shipping. you will be notified by email with a tracking number.

5.Where do you ship?

The HXCLTECH ships to most countries worldwide from our SHENZHEN Headquarters using your shipping account.

6.Can i send through a design I’d like to get made ?

Of Course.If you've got something in mind just let us know and we'll take a look and get started on it for you.

7.Can you help with design?

We have a standard template available and would be more than happy to explain what works best .

8.Do you accept returns or exchanges ?

Quality inspection,testing,QC management and warranty guarantee We want our products to fit you,also are very popular in your side. All unused and unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30days of purchase. Customer are responsible for return shipping.Plsease contact us at email sales@naomielectronics.com for return instructions.
